Hi, I'm Aaron — founder of Analog Counseling, and I'm really glad you found your way here.

The decision to seek help takes courage, and choosing the right person to trust with your story matters. With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in helping people feel better in the places where pain tends to run deepest: trauma and attachment wounds, anxiety and depression, relationship struggles, personality disorders (including NPD and BPD), and the quiet but persistent weight of self-doubt and insecurity.

What sets my approach apart is a rare combination of two gold-standard modalities — psychoanalysis and Somatic Experiencing. Together, they allow us to work not just with your thoughts and patterns, but with your whole self — mind and body — past and present. This means we can go beyond symptom relief toward something more lasting: real change at the root.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit.

Choosing who to share your healing journey with is an important decision — I'd consider it an honor to walk alongside you.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master's degree from the University of Kansas and over 15 years in the mental health field. While I work with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and self-esteem concerns, trauma is my primary focus — in my experience, it lies at the core of what brings most people into therapy.

As a trauma therapist, I'm fully certified in both EMDR and Somatic Experiencing (see our "What We Offer" page for more), evidence-based approaches that help you connect with your own innate healing resources to move through pain and hurt. If you'd like to explore whether we'd be a good fit, please don't hesitate to reach out.

You might be feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure about what comes next. Maybe you're navigating a major life transition, carrying grief, questioning beliefs you once held, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Sometimes it's not just one problem, but a quiet sense that the ground beneath you has shifted. I work best with individuals who are curious about what's beneath the surface of their struggles — including those wrestling with faith, spirituality, or the aftermath of religious hurt.

I specialize in supporting young adults navigating life transitions, substance use or addictive patterns, grief, and questions of identity — with particular experience in spiritual deconstruction and reconstruction, religious and spiritual trauma and abuse, and men who want space to explore emotions and meaning without judgment.

My approach is steady, collaborative, and reflective, drawing from evidence-based practices while making room for deeper questions about belief, belonging, and who you are becoming. Whether your spirituality feels like a wound, a question, or something you're slowly reclaiming, that experience belongs in the room. If you're looking for a space to slow down, understand yourself more fully, and make changes that feel genuinely aligned, I'd be glad to connect.

Hi, I'm Casey — a licensed clinical professional counselor with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Much of my recent work has been in residential treatment, walking alongside adolescents and their families through trauma, crisis, and major life transitions. That experience reinforced what I believe most deeply: healing happens through relationship, consistency, and honest conversations in a space that feels safe enough to have them.

I work with teens, adults, couples, and families from all backgrounds, integrating approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and family systems therapy — always tailored to your unique story. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, my goal is to help you slow down, understand the patterns shaping your life, and move toward meaningful change. If you're looking for someone who will listen carefully and challenge thoughtfully, I'd be honored to work with you.
