What We Offer

Professional & Business Support

✅ Individual Supervision & Case Consultation – Receive direct support and guidance to enhance your clinical skills and complete your hours for independent licensure in the state of Kansas. If you weren’t part of our practice, you could pay up to $500 per month for this level of supervision—here, it’s included as part of your growth and development.
✅ Reading Group – Engage in ongoing professional development through shared discussions on key therapeutic texts.
✅ Team Meetings & Peer Consultations – Collaborate with a network of like-minded professionals.
✅ Referrals – Gain access to referrals from Analog Counseling’s established presence.
✅ EHR System (Simple Practice) – Enjoy seamless electronic health record management to streamline your practice (calendar, booking, notes, billing, assessment library, etc.).
✅ Business Consulting – Get expert guidance on running and scaling your private practice.

What We Don’t Provide (And Why That’s a Good Thing!)

🚫 No Office Space – Because we believe in empowering you to build your own business on your own terms. Whether you work from home, sublease an office, or operate virtually, you have full control over your practice environment.

Simple & Transparent Fee Structure & Growth Opportunities

💰 70/30 Split – You keep 70% of your patient revenue, a lower fee split than many practices because we don't hold the overhead of office space, ensuring more of your earnings stay with you. We keep 30% to pour back into marketing (which benefits you) and practice management, and to compensate for liability and time.
💼 1099 Contracted – You are an independent contractor, meaning you set your own fees, choose how you practice, and control every aspect of your business. You can be contracted to more than just us. You can maintain patients outside of our practice. You stay in control of your practice and get set up for success.
🔑 Your Caseload is Your Caseload – If you decide to leave, you take the patients you see through Analog with you. Your business remains fully yours.
📈 Opportunity for W2 Employment* – As Analog Counseling continues to grow, there will be opportunities to transition from a 1099 contractor to a W2 employee, providing additional stability and benefits while maintaining the supportive and relational environment of our practice.
*In transitioning to a W2 role, the agreement structure is subject to change to reflect the dynamics of the new position.
